Goa Tour Package – 3 Nights / 4 Days

1. Booking & Advance Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered "provisional" until the advance payment is received.
• Advance Requirement: A minimum of (e.g., 10% - 25%) of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared [3] days before the commencement of the tour or upon arrival, depending on the service type.
• Peak Season/Special Bookings: For bookings made during peak seasons (e.g., Tulip Festival) or for special services (e.g., luxury houseboats, special train journeys), 100% advance payment may be required.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Because we incur costs for hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and permit processing from the moment a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies to all tour packages.

1. Cancellation Fees & Timeline

Cancellation charges depend on how many days prior to the scheduled departure date the written cancellation request is received.

2. Important Terms & Specific Conditions

• Written Request Only: Cancellations must be submitted formally via email from the registered email ID used during booking. Verbal or WhatsApp-only cancellations are generally not considered official.
• Peak Season Bookings: For travel during peak seasons (such as the Tulip Festival, Summer Rush, or Christmas/New Year), refunds may be significantly restricted, as hotels and transporters often demand 100% non-refundable advances.
• Flight & Train Tickets: Cancellation charges for flights, helicopters, or train tickets included in a package are subject to the respective airline/railway guidelines, plus a standard processing fee.

3. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of situations beyond human control—such as severe weather, landslides, heavy snowfall, sudden road closures, or government restrictions:

• Lovelink Tours will not be liable for any refunds for services that could not be utilized.
• We will make our best efforts to arrange alternative dates, itineraries, or equivalent services wherever possible, subject to availability. Any additional costs arising from changes in the itinerary due to these situations will be borne by the client.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment mode or via bank transfer.
• Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

💡 Tip: If you need to tailor this specifically for different regions (like Kashmir, Ladakh, or Himachal), it's highly recommended to add a clear note about landslides and sudden road closures (like the Zojila Pass or NH44), stating that any extra night stays or rerouting costs are the client's responsibility.
