Day-wise itinerary

  1. Day 1Arrival in Srinagar & Transfer to Sonamarg

    Arrive at Srinagar Airport and meet your representative. Drive toward Sonamarg, passing through scenic Kashmir Valley landscapes. On arrival, settle in and prepare for the trek. Spend the evening relaxing and getting familiar with the surroundings.

    Night stay: Sonamarg / Trek Base

  2. Day 2Sonamarg to Nichnai

    After breakfast, begin the trek from Sonamarg. The trail gradually ascends through beautiful alpine meadows and mountain landscapes. Continue toward Nichnai, a scenic high-altitude camping area surrounded by impressive peaks.

    • Arrive at the campsite and relax after the day's trek.
    • Meals: Breakfast, Packed Lunch & Dinner
    • Trek: Sonamarg → Nichnai

  3. Day 3Nichnai to Vishansar Lake

    After breakfast, trek toward the spectacular Vishansar Lake. Cross the Nichnai Pass and continue through expansive alpine meadows. The landscape gradually opens to reveal the beautiful high-altitude lakes and surrounding mountains.

    • Reach the Vishansar campsite and enjoy the serene surroundings.

  4. Day 4Vishansar to Gadsar

    Begin the day after breakfast and continue toward Gadsar. The trail passes through the stunning alpine landscape of the Great Lakes region, with views of Vishansar and Krishansar Lakes. Cross the Gadsar Pass and descend toward the Gadsar camping area.

    • Enjoy the evening at camp surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

  5. Day 5Gadsar to Satsar

    After breakfast, continue the trek through beautiful meadows and valleys toward the Satsar region. The trail offers changing mountain landscapes and views of several alpine water bodies depending on seasonal conditions.

    • Reach the Satsar campsite and relax for the evening.

    • Trek: Gadsar → Satsar

  6. Day 6Satsar to Gangbal

    After breakfast, begin the trek toward the Gangbal region. Continue through scenic alpine terrain and mountain passes before reaching the beautiful Gangbal and Nundkol Lake area.

    Spend the evening at the campsite, enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

  7. Day 7Gangbal to Naranag & Transfer to Srinagar

    After breakfast, begin the final descent toward Naranag. The trail gradually moves from the high-altitude alpine landscape toward lower forested terrain. On reaching Naranag, meet your vehicle and drive back to Srinagar.

    Upon arrival in Srinagar, transfer to the airport for your onward journey.

    • Trek: Gangbal → Naranag

Booking policy

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered provisional until the advance payment is received.
  • Advance Requirement: A minimum of 10%–25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared 3 days before the commencement of the tour or upon arrival, depending on the service type.
  • Peak Season/Special Bookings: For bookings made during peak seasons (e.g., Tulip Festival) or for special services (e.g., luxury houseboats, special train journeys), 100% advance payment may be required.

Cancellation policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Because we incur costs for hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and permit processing from the moment a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies to all tour packages.

1. Cancellation Fees & Timeline

Cancellation charges depend on how many days prior to the scheduled departure date the written cancellation request is received.

2. Important Terms & Specific Conditions

  • Written Request Only: Cancellations must be submitted formally via email from the registered email ID used during booking. Verbal or WhatsApp-only cancellations are generally not considered official.
  • Peak Season Bookings: For travel during peak seasons (such as the Tulip Festival, Summer Rush, or Christmas/New Year), refunds may be significantly restricted, as hotels and transporters often demand 100% non-refundable advances.
  • Flight & Train Tickets: Cancellation charges for flights, helicopters, or train tickets included in a package are subject to the respective airline/railway guidelines, plus a standard processing fee.

3. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of situations beyond human control—such as severe weather, landslides, heavy snowfall, sudden road closures, or government restrictions:

  • Lovelink Tours will not be liable for any refunds for services that could not be utilized.
  • We will make our best efforts to arrange alternative dates, itineraries, or equivalent services wherever possible, subject to availability. Any additional costs arising from changes in the itinerary due to these situations will be borne by the client.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment mode or via bank transfer.
  • Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

💡 Tip: If you need to tailor this specifically for different regions (like Kashmir, Ladakh, or Himachal), it's highly recommended to add a clear note about landslides and sudden road closures (like the Zojila Pass or NH44), stating that any extra night stays or rerouting costs are the client's responsibility.
